LiliBee & Co. is a brand of LiliBee & Co. Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom; InnoWell Intelligence Co., Ltd. provides LiliBee & Co. stays in Thailand under licence. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean InnoWell Intelligence Co., Ltd., trading as LiliBee & Co.

By using the website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Using the website

You may use the website to learn about our services and to contact us. Please do not:

• use it in any way that breaks the law or harms anyone;
• try to gain access to parts of the website, our systems or our data that are not meant for you;
• send us content that is false, offensive or that you have no right to share;

The information on this website is general. It is not medical advice and does not replace the advice of your doctor, obstetrician, paediatrician, midwife or hospital. LiliBee & Co. provides postnatal hospitality and care support. We do not diagnose or treat; we contact your own doctor or hospital straight away whenever you or your baby need medical attention.

Our services and bookings

Descriptions of The Signature 7 and our other services on the website are for information. A stay is confirmed only by your Nurture Plan and our booking terms, which you receive and accept before you pay any deposit. Prices are given on request. Stays take place at a selected five-star hotel in Bangkok, subject to availability.

Accuracy

We work to keep the website accurate and up to date, but its content may change and may occasionally contain errors. Where the website and your Nurture Plan or booking terms differ, your Nurture Plan and booking terms apply.

Our content

The text, photographs, illustrations, logos and design of the website belong to LiliBee & Co. or are used with permission. You may view and print pages for your own personal use. You may not copy, reproduce, publish or use our content, name or logo for any other purpose without our written permission.

Links to other websites

The website links to other websites and services, such as Instagram. We are not responsible for their content or for how they handle your data.

Our responsibility to you

We provide the website “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for any loss that arises from using, or being unable to use, the website.
