LiliBee & Co. (“we”), comprising LiliBee & Co. Ltd (United Kingdom) and InnoWell Intelligence Co., Ltd. (Thailand), respects your privacy. This notice explains how we handle personal data in line with Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).
Information we collect
Details you provide through our enquiry form or in conversation: your name, contact details, due date, hospital, stay preferences, family information relevant to your care, and any message you choose to share.
Why we use it
To respond to your enquiry, prepare your Nurture Plan, arrange and deliver your care, and keep in touch about your booking. We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.
Who we share it with
Only the members of our care team involved in your care, and service providers who help us operate (such as email and messaging platforms), under confidentiality obligations.
How long we keep it
For as long as needed to respond to you and provide your care, and as required by law. Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted within 12 months.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, withdraw your consent, or object to its use at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee.
